Returns & Cancellations Policy

At Feline Skinscience, keeping customers satisfied is a top priority. We aim to make every shopping experience simple, including returns and order cancellations. Below is our straightforward, customer-focused policy.

60-Day Returns Policy

We provide a 60-day return policy starting from the day your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, the conditions below must be followed:

  • The product must remain unopened and unused.
  • The item must be sent back in its original packaging.
  • The return must contain a Return Management Authorization (RMA) number, which can be requested through our Customer Care team.

Important: Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Get in touch with our Customer Care team at felineskinsciencestore@gmail.com to request your RMA number and return address.

  2. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of your package.

  3. Send the return to the address provided.

Returns are processed within 10 business days after receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Products bought from unauthorized sources are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
  • If Feline Skinscience products were purchased through an official partner, please follow that partner’s own return policy.

Customer’s Right of Withdrawal

Customers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date their order is received.

To request a withdrawal, please email felineskinsciencestore@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Reason for withdrawal

Withdrawal conditions:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when withdrawing from a purchase.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away at felineskinsciencestore@gmail.com. Include a description of the problem and relevant photos. We will work promptly to resolve it, either by arranging a replacement or providing an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after your returned item has been received and inspected. Once approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are completed within 10 business days after return approval.
  • Shipping Costs: Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase, and returns are accepted during the applicable return window. A £7.95 restocking fee applies to both cancellations and returns.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, email felineskinsciencestore@gmail.com with your order details.
  • If the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued according to our return policy.
