Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email at the address provided during checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. Feline Skinscience is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages
